    Not much you can say about the buck 119 really . They are excellent knives . I purchased this knife for my collection but if it were for using I think I would prefer a stainless steel . I have used Copper and Clad before .They are very good and deliver your goods quickly . One thing I have noticed though , and its not unique to this company , is that postage is added per item and not worked out accurately . $40 for one knife and $80 for two ,even though they arrive in the same box.

    Number one, it’s a Buck and with Buck you get quality and a lifetime warranty. The think I lover about this knife is its sharp as a razor and it basically disappears in your pocket. I mean that I cannot even tell it’s there at all and I really like that.

    Great Knife!
    Seems a little heavier with the brass bolsters which I kind of like!
    I’m looking very forward to using this knife in the field to try out the BOS 5160 Steel.
    That said;
    I must add fast shipping.
    And Great Customer Service!

    I have not tried this knife out yet, but am excited to put it to the test this year. I am curious to find out if the 5160 will perform better than Buck’s 420hc house brand stainless. I read on forums for a while trying to find out if the bos 5160 would out perform the bos 420hc, but could not find conclusive evidence either way. Decided to give this very beautiful knife a try since I really enjoy sharpening and using other non-stainless carbon steel knives. This knife is very attractive with the black handle with brass guard and pommel. Thanks Copper and Clad for offering this custom 119. I think this knife in 5160 just might end up being a delight to use.

    I needed a new fixed blade, had a mora I didn’t like and an ancient outdoorsman knife with a stacked leather handle that’s just too small. The 119 feels great in the hand, the blade is big enough but not too big. Nice and sharp too. I’m not a “bushcraft” sort of guy that beats the heck out of his tools and then runs to the internet to post a bad review when something breaks, SO….

    I’m sure the 119 will serve me well, you know, for cutting things!!!
