George Dent –
I truly love this addition of an already outstanding Hunter.
The blade measured about 1/4 inch longer than my other custom 110 redoak. The silver bolster and blue grips really set each other off. Great value 1 buck less than my Ranger.

I would have given a 5 star rating, but the brass came with some scratches, and I’m not sure the handles are really oak. The wood is much darker than on my oak handled 110, which looks just like the ones pictured. The 5160 Bos blade and the quality of construction are fantastic. Amazingly sharp. This is now my “go to” pocket knife.

Beautiful knife, very, very fast delivery. I could not open or close it though. The spring was too stiff. The blade was very sharp and I didn’t want to fiddle with it. So, I returned it. No problems returning it, free shipping… too bad, the knife looked and felt great. I’d buy another maybe if I knew the spring wouldn’t be too hard.
Matt –
I do really like this knife but it isn’t perfect compared to my 2010 wood and brass clip point. This one had by far the worst opening of any knife I’ve owned. I flushed it out several times with soap and water and then applied a bit of lubricant. After this and using it it is decent but there is lots of something in the back spring. Back spring also has big gaps
Joe –
This knife exceeds my expectation ,good price, fast shipping a great company to deal with.

Not too pleased with the color. Looks mostly black, not blue.
Honestly my dad’s buck 112 is probably 30 plus years old, hasn’t been touched for 8 years but it is sharper than the knife I received.

I have a 110 that I got from Walmart that has a smoother action on opening. I was disappointed about that. I’ve opened and closed it about 9 million times and it’s better, but still rough. Don’t know if I’d buy another 112.

One of the nicest knives in my collection! Buck excellence as always
